Become a PADI IDC Staff Instructor

Overview
Congratulations on your decision to become a PADI IDC Staff Instructor. You’ll find the course challenging, hard work and very rewarding.

Soon you will become a mentor to many future Assistant Instructors and Open Water Scuba Instructors. Your actions, attitude, knowledge, sense of professional pride and strong desire to be the best of the best will influence these future diving professionals.

As with most things in life, preparation is the key to success. Your previous teaching experience and familiarity of the PADI system will prove to be invaluable however, in this course, we will step things up a few notches. Therefore you will need to crack the books, polish your skills and open your mind. There’s a lot I can teach you but I can’t do it for you so you will need to dedicate yourself to a great deal of self-study.
